## Purpose of the Role (Job Description)

In our design team, in the field experienced We are looking for a Graphic Design Intern who will grow up under the guidance (Mentorship) of our art directors and senior designers, who will combine his creative vision with our agency's “ROI-oriented” and “Cool” design understanding.

This role is not a passive task, but your portfolio with real-world projects where you will learn the dynamics of digital marketing and the basics of user-oriented design (UI/UX) by experiencing It is a structured learning program that you will strengthen. Our goal is to teach you not only the “business”, but also the “strategy of the business”.

## Basic Responsibilities

- Prepare the conversion driven (ROI) advertising visuals (social media posts, banner sets, statics/gifs) needed by the performance marketing team using Adobe Creative Suite tools.
- Making creative and aesthetic content designs for the social media channels of our agency and clients.
- To support UI/UX designers for our Webflow projects; to prepare icon sets, simple illustrations and digital assets.
- In projects carried out by the design team, to implement revisions in accordance with brand identity standards (brand guidelines).
- Active participation in creative concept development and brainstorming meetings.

## Wanted Qualifications (Required)

- 3rd/4th year student, recent graduate or graduate student in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design or related departments of universities.
- He has a good command of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator programs.
- Figma have basic knowledge of the subject or are very eager to learn.
- He closely follows design trends, has critical thinking and is passionate about developing his creative vision.
- Has the discipline of remote work, proactive and responsible.
- It is mandatory to present a portfolio. (Even if it's just school projects, we want to see your creative thought process and potential.)
