## Purpose of the Role (Job Description)

Our performance marketing team will grow up by adopting our agency's “ROI-oriented” methodology, in the field of experienced Guided by our experts (Mentoring) we are looking for a “Junior Performance Marketing Specialist” who will lay a strong foundation in your digital advertising career.

This role is not a passive support position, but first-hand how data-driven decisions are made, where real customer budgets are managed that you will experience and is a structured development program where you will learn to convert your analytical skills into tangible results (ROI).

## Basic Responsibilities

- Perform campaign setups (targeting, budget, ad text) on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) platforms under the supervision of senior experts.
- Analyze and report daily campaign data (CPA, ROAS, Budget Tracking).
- Develop A/B test (ad text, visual, targeting) ideas together with senior experts and support their installation.
- Learn and implement basic conversion tracking and data analysis processes using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Actively assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly customer performance reports.
- To present to the team by researching market innovations, algorithm updates and new advertising models.

## Wanted Qualifications (Required)

- Recent graduates from relevant departments of universities (Business, Statistics, Engineering, Marketing, etc.) or with a maximum of 1 year agency/brand experience.
- Eager and passionate about pursuing a career in digital marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
- Possess strong analytical thinking skills , who likes to work with numbers and does not hesitate to ask the question “why”.
- Well mastered the MS Excel program (Pivot Table, functions).
- With the discipline of remote work, open to learning, development and constructive feedback.

## Preferred Qualifications (Plus Points)

- Have Google Ads or Google Analytics certificates.
- Basic knowledge of GTM (Google Tag Manager).
- Knowledge of English at a good level (to be able to follow technical resources).
