# Refer clients, earn a share of the work we win.

Join Roicool’s partner program as a referral or agency partner. Commission is calculated on the net service fee the client pays, excluding VAT and never on ad spend. A company you register is protected for 90 days. We pay monthly as the client pays, and share the rates in writing on approval.

## Two kinds of partner. Which one fits you?

One program, one application. You choose the type in the form; the links below open the form with that type.

### Referral partner

A freelancer, consultant, accountant, lawyer or a happy client of ours. You introduce us to a company that needs SEO, GEO, performance ads or a Webflow site. Commission on the first project we win or on the monthly service fee.

### Agency partner

Agencies that don’t overlap with us: brand, PR, social media, software studios, and agencies abroad that need a team in Türkiye. You recommend us when your client needs SEO, GEO, performance ads or Webflow. An agency rate and joint sales support.

If your agency doesn’t overlap with us, recommend us when your client asks for search, AI visibility or advertising. The client relationship stays with you; we’re at your side in the proposal and the sales meeting.

## How it works. Three steps.

Register first, then introduce. You earn as the client pays us.

1. **Apply and get approved**: We answer your application within 2 business days. · Fill in the form and choose your partner type · Receive your ref code and partner kit with the approval e-mail · Accept the terms with one click on approval
2. **Register the lead, introduce**: Registration comes before the introduction. · Register the company and the person with the lead form · We confirm the registration within 2 business days; it is protected in your name for 90 days · Introduce us; we run the meeting and the proposal
3. **Earn as the client pays**: Your share is calculated from every invoice we collect. · A monthly statement arrives by e-mail · Once the balance reaches 2,000 TL it is paid on the 15th · Follow each lead’s status: Registered → Won → Paid

## What counts, what doesn’t?

The rules are short and in writing. The terms at the time of registration apply; later rate changes don’t affect registered leads.

### Counts

A company new to us: not a client now, and not in the last 12 months; A company that hasn’t been in our sales process in the last 6 months; The decision maker can be reached and agreed that we may contact them; Its budget is above our smallest project size; A client who says “X referred me”, if X registers within 14 days

### Doesn’t count

Ad budgets, media spend, licences and pass-through costs; Your own company or the company you work for; Bidding on “Roicool” searches, bulk cold e-mail, spam; A company another partner registered first (the first valid registration wins); Months the client doesn’t pay; a project refunded within the first 30 days

Tiers are recalculated every quarter; in the first year your tier never drops. Rate increases are shared in the partner kit on approval.

For anyone whose clients need digital growth but who doesn’t do that work themselves.

### Freelance developer

You build the site; we grow its traffic and ads. When your client wants SEO, GEO or performance ads for the new site, we won’t leave you stuck: we take the work, the relationship stays with you, and you get your share of the work we win. Partner type: Referral partner. Typical referral: SEO or Webflow maintenance after the site is delivered.

### Accountant, consultant

You know your client’s numbers; leave the growth to us. As their accountant or consultant, when your client struggles with sales or visibility you send them to a team you trust. Partner type: Referral partner. Typical referral: The digital marketing needs of a new or growing company.

### Brand and PR agency

The brand is yours; search and ads are ours. You build the campaign and the brand; when your client wants SEO, GEO or performance ads, you recommend us. Partner type: Agency partner. Typical referral: Search and ad management after a launch.

### Agency abroad

A local team for your clients in Türkiye. For your clients entering the Turkish market, we run Turkish-language search, ads and site work. Partner type: Agency partner. Typical referral: Local SEO and ads for a brand expanding into Türkiye.

If you’re happy, refer someone you know. As a company that works with us, you introduce a business contact with a similar need. Partner type: Referral partner. Typical referral: A contact in your sector who needs SEO or ads.

## FAQ

### Who can join the partner program?

Freelancers, consultants, accountants, lawyers, agencies, software companies and our happy clients. You don’t need a company.

### What is commission calculated on?

On the service fee the client you referred pays us: excluding VAT, and only the amount collected. For one-off projects you share in the first project; for monthly services, in the service’s first period.

Ad budgets, media spend, third-party licences and pass-through costs are not part of the base. We share the rates in writing when your application is approved.

### When and how am I paid?

Commission is earned as the client pays. We send a statement every month and, once the balance passes 2,000 TL, pay on the 15th of the month after collection. Companies issue an e-invoice; for individuals we pay against a freelance receipt or with withholding tax.

### Can I join without a company?

Yes. Individual partners are paid with the legal deductions applied; we confirm the method by e-mail after approval.

### What if another partner registered the same company?

The first valid registration wins. We tell the second partner right away. A registration is protected for 90 days.

### What if the client leaves or doesn’t pay?

No commission arises for unpaid months. A project’s first instalment is paid out after 30 days; if it is refunded within that time, there is no commission.

### Is there a fee? Are there sales targets?

Joining is free and there are no mandatory targets. Tiers only raise the rate and the support.

### Can I join from abroad?

Yes. Partners abroad are paid by bank transfer against an invoice, in the currency the client is invoiced in.

### Why aren’t the commission rates on the site?

Rates vary with the partner type and tier. We send them in writing with your partner kit when your application is approved. If the rates change later, the leads you registered keep the terms that applied when you registered them.

### Is this an affiliate program?

No. We pay on registered, won service work, not on clicks or coupons. Your ref link is only a back-up tracking signal.

### Where are the contract and the terms?
