# İstanbul Care × Roicool. How we built the ad architecture for a multi-market health tourism brand.

İstanbul Care is an established brand with 3 branches worldwide, drawing patients from Italy, Germany, Albania, Spain, the US, and France. We run its Google Ads and Meta Ads across 11 country/language combinations, with CAPI tracking every conversion.

İstanbul Care operates branches across multiple continents and welcomes patients from six countries and counting. Managing a brand at this scale takes more than a single campaign structure — we built out Google Ads and Meta Ads separately across 11 distinct country/language combinations.

We allocate the ad budget across this multi-market setup, while a full CAPI integration strengthens the conversion signal feeding each platform. The result is patient volume that's both high and sustainable.

## What we did in this project

We built an ad architecture that matches İstanbul Care's multi-market footprint: Google Ads and Meta Ads split across 11 country/language combinations, with the budget managed accordingly. A complete CAPI setup keeps conversion data clean and consistent across platforms.

1. **Google Ads Campaign Management**: We manage the ad budget with campaign structures tailored to target markets, increasing qualified patient inquiries .
2. **Meta Ads Management Across 11 Languages**: We manage high-performing Meta campaigns tailored to the audience profile of 11 different countries and languages, reaching an average 12x ROI.
3. **Complete CAPI Setup**: With Conversion API integration, we capture conversion data without loss, making campaign optimization fully data-driven.
4. **Measurable Results**: We're achieving an average 12x ROI, a 6% conversion rate (reaching up to 8% depending on the campaign), and a $14 lead cost (which can vary seasonally).
