# Serkan Hezar × Roicool. 150% increase in appointments.

For Op. Dr. Serkan Hezar we built a conversion-focused digital setup that earns patients' trust. We strengthened the SEO foundations, reached the right audiences with performance marketing and started collecting patient leads through optimized landing pages.

We built an end-to-end digital marketing setup to help Dr. Serkan Hezar reach patients in Türkiye and abroad, especially for hair transplant, rhinoplasty and facial rejuvenation. Optimizing the SEO foundations on both the technical and the content side raised the practice's visibility on Google. We set up campaigns on Google and Meta that delivered targeted ads in Germany, the UK and the Gulf states. Landing pages built for fast conversion and lead capture forms gave patients a clear way to get in touch. We analyzed the whole setup continuously with conversion tracking, heatmaps and Looker Studio dashboards.

## What we did in this project

We built the infrastructure to position Op. Dr. Serkan Hezar's medical expertise correctly online. We ran SEO work matched to each treatment area and set up Google and Meta campaigns for each target market. Conversion-focused landing pages, lead forms and tracking turned more visits into patient enquiries. The result: a sustainable, data-driven digital system that raises both visibility and patient conversions.

1. **Patient-focused landing pages**: Every landing page was replanned with content that builds trust and a layout that lifts conversions.
2. **Ad structure with global targeting**: We built targeting and campaign structures specific to the Turkish and Middle Eastern markets.
3. **Organic visibility through SEO**: Treatment-specific content and technical optimization earned the practice rankings on Google.
4. **Data-driven performance tracking**: The whole process was measured in GTM and Looker Studio, and campaigns were optimized continuously against the data.
