KVKK is Türkiye's data protection law. Yes. Choosing the consent management tool, defining the categories, setting up the banner and integrating Consent Mode are done together. Your legal counsel approves the banner text and the policy texts. ### Should we use Basic or Advanced mode? Advanced mode allows modeling from cookieless signals when consent is declined; Basic mode loads no Google tags before consent. The choice is a legal decision; we present the options and their technical effects to your legal counsel. ### Does a site in Türkiye need Consent Mode v2? Google's v2 requirement covers EEA traffic. You need it if you get visitors from Europe or advertise in Europe; obligations under KVKK for visitors in Türkiye are assessed separately. ### What about non-Google tags? Consent Mode only controls Google tags. We connect Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag and other tags separately, using consent checks in Google Tag Manager. ### How do you show that the setup works correctly? We hand over Tag Assistant recordings of behavior before and after consent, the Google Ads and GA4 diagnostics screens, and a tag-by-tag check sheet.
