# GA4 consulting

GA4 consulting is a fixed-scope project that audits a company's Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager setup, or builds it from scratch with a measurement plan, and defines events and key events around business goals. It is the entry product of Roicool's analytics consulting and ends with a training session for your team.

- Lead or sales numbers in GA4 don't match the CRM.
- Events were set up in a hurry during the move from Universal Analytics, and no one is sure what is being measured.
- You are launching a new site and want measurement right from the start.
- Your team can't find what it needs in GA4 reports.

### Audit

Property and stream settings, tags, event names and parameters, key events, Google Ads and Search Console links, personal data checks.

### Measurement plan

### Setup and fixes

Tags and triggers in Google Tag Manager, enhanced measurement settings, form and button events.

### Settings

Data retention period, internal traffic filter, unwanted referrals, BigQuery export (if needed).

## FAQ

### What does GA4 consulting include?

An audit of your current GA4 and Google Tag Manager setup, a measurement plan, fixes to events and key events, settings (data retention, filters, links) and basic reports for your team.

### Do you also set up GA4 from scratch?

Yes. A fresh setup that starts with a measurement plan, or an audit and fix of your current setup: both are within the scope of this entry product.

### Do you train our team on GA4?

At the end of the setup we run a training session that shows your team how to use reports and explorations with your own data.

### Is personal data being sent to GA4?

It should not be. In the audit we check URLs and parameters for personal data such as email addresses and phone numbers, and remove any we find.

### Should we export GA4 data to BigQuery?

Yes, if you need long-term analysis, raw data, or to join ad and CRM data. We can turn on the export as part of GA4 consulting; designing a data warehouse is a separate service.
