# Terms of Use

Effective from: 26 October 2026.

These terms apply to the use of roicool.com (the "Site"), operated by Milore Tekstil Gıda ve Toptan Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("Roicool"). By using the Site you accept them. Our service-provider details are on [Service Provider Information](https://www.roicool.com/en/service-provider-information). The Turkish text prevails.

## 1. What the Site is

The Site presents Roicool's digital marketing, advertising, SEO, GEO, web and software services and offers informational content such as blog posts, e-books, a glossary and free tools. Nothing is sold and no payment is taken through the Site. Our services are provided under separate written agreements.

## 2. Proposals and prices

Prices, sample work and results on the Site are for information and are not a binding offer. The amounts on the pricing page are starting prices on the date shown (excluding VAT); the exact fee, scope and taxes are set out in the written proposal we send you and in the signed agreement. Sending the proposal form does not create a contract.

Results in case studies and examples were achieved under that client's conditions; we do not promise the same result in every engagement. Starting values and example calculations in the tools do not belong to a real client.

## 3. Accuracy of content

We prepare our content carefully and try to keep it up to date, but laws, platform rules and prices change often. Content on the Site is general information and is not legal, financial or tax advice. We recommend getting expert advice on your own situation before you decide.

## 4. Intellectual property

The Site's design, texts, images, illustrations, videos and software, and the names and logos "Roicool" and "Ossvy", belong to Roicool or its licensors and are protected under Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and Industrial Property Law No. 6769. Client and partner logos are used with those companies' permission and remain their property.

You may quote short passages if you name the source and link to the relevant page on roicool.com. Copying, republishing or commercially using all or a substantial part of the content without permission is not allowed.

## 5. Rules of use and automated access

Search engines and AI assistants may read the Site in line with the rules in its robots.txt and llms.txt files. When you use the Site, you agree:

- not to try to get around the security measures of the Site, its forms or tools (for example Cloudflare Turnstile or rate limits);
- not to send automated requests that overload the Site or its infrastructure or disrupt the service;
- not to enter someone else's or false information, harmful code or unlawful content in forms;
- not to try to reach the admin panel or areas you are not authorised for.

We may restrict access and take legal action against use that breaks these rules.

## 6. Links to other sites

The Site links to sites run by third parties (for example ossvy.com, our clients' sites, social media). Their owners are responsible for their content and practices.

## 7. Liability

We try to keep the Site available and free of errors, but maintenance, technical faults or problems with third-party services may interrupt access. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage arising from the use of the general information on the Site. This limitation does not cover liability for intent or gross negligence, or the statutory rights of consumers.

## 9. Changes

## 10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul Central (Çağlayan) have jurisdiction. Consumers keep their right under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 to apply to the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts where they live.
