Purpose of the Role (Job Description)

Working in close coordination with the Project Manager, we are looking for a “Customer Relations Representative” who will meet the daily operational needs of our clients and smooth the communication between them with the agency.

This role is to correctly understand customer requests (briefs), related to these requests specialized It includes full transfer to teams (Performance, SEO, Webflow) and tracking processes. Your success, our customers themselves experienced and make them feel in confident hands and stay with them, to trust Building relationships based on.

Basic Responsibilities

To be the daily primary point of contact of customers (email, telephone, messaging tools).
Receiving requests and revisions (briefs) from customers, clarifying them and entering the project management system (e.g. Zoho).
Following the timely completion of tasks by internal teams, under the leadership of the Project Manager.
Provide customers with simple and periodic updates (e.g., “your request has been processed”, “your image has been submitted for confirmation”).
Proactively observing customer satisfaction and notifying the Project Manager of possible problems early.
Assist in the organization of regular meetings (weekly, monthly) and keeping meeting notes.

Wanted Qualifications (Required)

Proven at least 2 years in Customer Relations or Project Coordination positions in a digital marketing agency experimenting.
Master digital marketing processes and terminology (PPC, SEO, Social Media).
Communication, planning and organization skills are very strong.
Proactive, friendly and problem-solving ability trust He has a communicative style of communication.
Highly attentive to detail and able to effectively track multiple tasks (multi-tasking).
Has 100% Remote Work Discipline

Preferred Qualifications (Plus Points)

To have knowledge about Webflow projects or processes.
Having used Zoho CRM or a similar CRM/Project Management tool.
On reporting and preparation of presentations experimenting.
