Purpose of the Role (Job Description)

As the key person to ensure the operational excellence of our agency, we are looking for a “Project Manager” who will manage the scope, time and budget triangle of our clients' projects (Performance Marketing, SEO, Webflow Development).

This role is with clients to trust to be the agency's contact center (hub) by establishing a relationship based, coordinating the efficient work of our remote teams in different disciplines and achieving the projects' “ROI-oriented” goals experimenting and covers guaranteeing using methodology.

Basic Responsibilities

Leading client “kick-off” meetings, clarifying project scope, goals and deadlines.
To be the primary point of contact for the client throughout the project lifecycle and manage expectations.
Create project plans, assign tasks, and instantly track progress through project management tools (preferably Zoho).
Ensuring a seamless coordination and flow of information between internal teams (Performance, SEO, Webflow).
Proactively identify project risks, prevent scope creep and produce timely solutions.
To ensure that projects are delivered on time, within the specified scope and within budget.
Deliver regular status updates and “ROI-driven” performance reports to customers.

Wanted Qualifications (Required)

Proven at least 3 years as a Project Manager at a digital marketing agency or web agency experimenting.
Managing Performance Marketing (PPC), SEO, and Web Development (preferably Webflow) projects experimenting to be the owner.
Mastering project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
Advanced level in Project Management software (Zoho Projects, Asana, ClickUp, Trello, etc.) specialty.
Their customer relationship management, presentation and negotiation skills are very strong.
Excellent organization, ability to plan and pay attention to detail.
The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and 100% remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Plus Points)

Have PMP, Scrum Master or Agile certifications.
Zoho CRM/Zoho Projects in the toolkit experimenting to be the owner.
To have experience in managing remote teams.
