Purpose of the Role (Job Description)

Roicool's “Webflow Agency” of authority We are looking for a “Webflow Developer” who will take the technical lead; create high-performance, transformation-driven (ROI) and “Cool” web experiences that will not only “code” designs from Figma but bring them to life.

This role includes building clean and scalable project structures, leveraging the full power of Webflow CMS, and expanding the platform's capabilities with custom code when needed. Yours your expertisewill directly determine the quality of the work offered by our agency.

Basic Responsibilities

  • Importing Figma or Sketch designs to WebFlow in pixel perfection, responsive and browser compatible.
  • Creating clean, reusable and scalable class structures (it is preferable to master methodologies such as Client-First, Relume, etc.)
  • Building complex Webflow CMS (Collection) structures, filtering and creating dynamic content systems.
  • Fluently implement advanced Webflow interactions and animations (e.g. scroll-based, Lottie).
  • Manage performance and speed optimization processes (Core Web Vitals, visual compression, lazy loading).
  • Go beyond Webflow's standard capabilities by adding custom HTML/CSS/Javascript code when needed.
  • Ensuring that the technical SEO requirements of projects (Schema, meta tags, referrals) are set up correctly.

Wanted Qualifications (Required)

  • Active project development on Webflow platform for at least 2 years to the experience owner (mid-level).
  • A strong portfolio: To be able to present various projects that have been completed, that are in the air and that have been developed in Webflow.
  • HTML5 and CSS3 (Flexbox, Grid, Custom Properties) specialized information at the level.
  • Basic JavaScript (DOM manipulation, event listeners) knowledge.
  • High competence in reading Figma designs and transferring them to Webflow.
  • Having the discipline of remote work and strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Plus Points)

  • In “best practice” methodologies such as Client-First, Finsweet or Relume experimenting.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript (GSAP, Alpine.js) or “Headless” (Weglot, Airtable integrations)
  • Webflow in eCommerce projects experimenting.
