How we evaluated
Criteria: an SME in Turkey can buy it today; it offers a free plan or a trial; it publishes its entry plan price on its site; and it describes core CRM work such as the sales funnel, automation and email. We listed a Turkish interface only where the vendor itself states it. We applied no weighting; the tools are in alphabetical order.
Sources: the vendors' own pricing pages, product pages and help centres. Prices are given in the currency shown on the page, excluding VAT, and may change.
Date: 3 November 2026.

"CRM programı" (CRM software) is searched about 1,300 times a month in Turkey. Most of those searchers have the same question: how do I track my customers, my proposals and my sales team in one place? The table below is for a first cut. The details are under each tool's own heading. Every tool on the list lets you start with a free plan or a trial, so the most reliable step before you buy is to narrow the shortlist to two or three tools and try them with your team.

How to choose a CRM for an SME
Write down your process first. Where do your customers come from, how many stages do they go through, and who prepares the proposal? If you choose a tool before putting this on one page, the tool ends up shaping your process.
Count your channels. Do your customers reach you mostly by WhatsApp, phone or email? Bitrix24 and MyBasicCRM list WhatsApp explicitly on their pages. Other tools usually handle it through an integration; test it during the trial.
Work out the total cost. Multiply the per-user price by your team size. Bitrix24's per-company price, monday CRM's 3-user minimum and annual billing discounts all change the result. For prices in dollars and euros, allow for exchange rate changes too.
Check the accounting and ERP connection. If you use software such as Logo, Mikro or Paraşüt, ask whether the CRM has a ready-made connection to it.
Use the trial with real data. Most of the paid tools on the list offer a 14–30 day trial. Try it with a few real customers and deals, and with at least two people from the team.
Raise KVKK early. You will put your customers' personal data into the CRM, so it falls under KVKK, Turkey's data protection law. Before you buy, ask the vendor which country the data is stored in and whether it is transferred abroad. Of the tools on the list, MyBasicCRM says on its site that data is kept in a Turkcell data centre and on Amazon cloud servers. For the other tools, check the data location on the vendor's security or privacy page and in its contract; talk to a legal adviser if needed.
If you can't decide which tool fits you, see our CRM consulting page for process analysis and setup, or get a proposal.
Frequently asked questions
Is there free CRM software for SMEs?
Yes. On this list, Bitrix24 (1–2 users), HubSpot (2 users, 1,000 contacts) and Zoho CRM (3 users) offer free plans. Free plans limit the number of users and features, so you need to move to a paid plan as the team grows. Details were checked on 3 November 2026.
Which CRM software has a Turkish interface?
The tools where we saw Turkish on the vendor's own page are Freshsales, MyBasicCRM, Pipedrive and Zoho CRM. Bitrix24 has a Turkish site. For the other tools, check the interface language in a trial account.
How much does CRM software cost?
For tools priced per user in dollars, the entry plan's list price ranges from $9 a month (Freshsales, billed annually) to $25 (Salesforce Starter Suite). monday CRM is €12 per seat per month, MyBasicCRM is ₺349 + VAT per user per month, and Bitrix24 is US$49 a month per company for 5 users (billed annually). Prices were taken on 3 November 2026 and may change; tax is not included.
Is there Turkish-made CRM software?
Yes. On this list, MyBasicCRM presents itself on its site as "%100 yerli" (100% Turkish-made) and prices in Turkish lira. Other CRM software is developed in Turkey too; we left out the ones whose price and feature details we couldn't verify on their own sites.
How do you keep a CRM compliant with KVKK?
Because you enter personal data into the CRM, you need to know where the data is stored, who can access it and whether it is transferred abroad. Before you buy, read the vendor's security and privacy documents, check the data processing clauses in the contract, and ask a legal adviser if needed.
What does the order of this list mean?
The order shows no preference. We listed the tools alphabetically and gave no scores. Roicool provides consulting for HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Bitrix24, Pipedrive and Salesforce, but earns no revenue from this ranking.
