Every GEO engagement starts with this measurement, and the monthly reports show the change on the same set of questions. So the answer to "has our visibility improved?" is not a guess but a measurement repeated with the same method.
To see where you stand before starting: an AI visibility analysis or our free AI tools. The method in detail: How to measure AI visibility.
What happens in the first 90 days?
- Days 0–30: Setting the question set your customers ask, the first visibility measurement, and an audit of how open your site is to AI crawlers.
- Days 31–60: Technical fixes, restructuring priority pages to be quotable, correcting wrong information at its source.
- Days 61–90: Earning mentions in sources, a second measurement on the same question set, and the priorities for the next period.
To check the steps yourself: GEO checklist.
How to choose a GEO agency
- Do they promise guarantees? AI answers change by person and time; a promise of "you'll be number one" isn't realistic.
- How do they measure? Do they test the same question set regularly, with the same method?
- Do they know the technical side? Are bot access, page structure and structured data in scope?
- Can they fix wrong information? Do they find which source an error comes from and correct it there?
- Do they think together with SEO? Both share the same content foundation and shouldn't run separately.

Problems we solve
When potential customers look for a service, they now ask ChatGPT questions like "Which dental clinic do you recommend in Istanbul?" Instead of a long list, they see a few brand names and a short reason. The right strategy is to make sure AI recognises your brand, gives accurate information about you and sees you as a reliable source. That takes three things: a site AI bots can read, content written clearly enough to be quoted directly, and mentions of your brand in the industry publications, guides and review platforms AI draws on.
You're missing from the AI answer
If you aren't in that answer, your customer never sees you while deciding.
Bots can't read your site
Most crawlers, such as GPTBot and PerplexityBot, don't run JavaScript.
The answer is buried in the text
The content is long, but there's no clear sentence that can be quoted on its own.
Your brand is described wrongly
Old prices, closed branches, services you no longer offer.
Competitors get cited
ChatGPT and Perplexity cite your competitor's page instead of yours.
