In short

What is Salesforce consulting? The answer in one paragraph.

Roicool's Salesforce consulting covers an audit of objects, fields and automation, sales process configuration, web form and ad lead integrations, sending opportunity stages to Google Ads and Meta as conversions, reporting and user adoption. Where work requires code, we say so clearly.

Salesforce has grown complex over the years; nobody knows what each field is for.

Four problems we solve.

  • Salesforce has grown complex over the years; nobody knows what each field is for.

  • The source of marketing leads gets lost in Salesforce.

  • Opportunity data isn't used for ad optimisation.

  • The sales team uses Salesforce only because it has to.

SESTEK: how we connected Webflow forms to Dynamics 365

We connected SESTEK's Webflow forms not straight to the CRM but to a Webflow Cloud app on the site's domain; only this server layer talks to Microsoft Dynamics 365, and the browser never does. The forms are React code components managed from the Designer, on a bilingual CMS whose folder and item slugs are largely translated.

A good fit: mid-size and large companies that use Salesforce, or are considering it because of a complex sales process.

Not a good fit: projects that need heavy custom code; for those we work with a specialist development partner.

Frequently asked questions

  1. Who is Salesforce right for?

Organisations with complex sales processes, many users and a high need for customisation and integration. For small teams with simple processes, setup and maintenance costs can be high.

  2. How do you connect Salesforce to marketing data?

We set up the flow of web forms and ad leads into Salesforce, the source fields, and the sending of opportunity stages back to Google Ads and Meta as conversions.

  3. Do you audit existing Salesforce setups?

Yes. We review objects, fields, automations, reports and user adoption, then recommend how to simplify and improve them.

  4. Do you do Salesforce development (Apex)?

Our focus is configuration, automation, integration and marketing-sales alignment. When something needs code, we say so clearly and, if needed, work with a specialist development partner.

  5. Should we move from Salesforce to another CRM?

That decision should rest on an analysis of cost, usage and needs. For teams that use only a small part of Salesforce, a simpler CRM can make sense; we factor in the cost of the move too.
