Webflow pricing 2026: the Webflow logo

Webflow's pricing page is not a single price list. It is a set of layers that stack, so "how much is Webflow a month?" has no one-number answer. It is a sum: which site plan, which Workspace plan, how many people on the team, and which add-ons.

This guide walks through that sum. If you want the broader picture of what Webflow is and where it falls short, start with What is Webflow?; here we stay with prices, plan choice and total cost. Every figure comes from Webflow's own pricing page, as of October 2026, in the currency Webflow shows (USD). Webflow changes its pricing often, so check the page again before you buy.

The three layers

In Webflow's own words, every site lives inside a Workspace, and pricing follows that split:

  1. Site plan: publishing and hosting one site, plus its site features (CMS, static page count, bandwidth, forms). Webflow quotes these per site.
  2. Workspace plan: where your team works. Staging sites, collaboration tools, code export, shared libraries. Every account comes with a free Workspace plan.
  3. Seats and add-ons: extra team members, AI credits, and site add-ons such as Localize, Analyze and Optimize.

Webflow's FAQ says any Workspace tier can hold an unlimited number of paid site plans. Once a site is on a paid plan, you upgrade the Workspace only for team and staging needs.

Site plans (as of October 2026)

PlanPer month, billed yearlyBilled monthlyBest forKey limits
StarterFreeFreeTrying Webflow outwebflow.io domain, 2 static pages, limited CMS (50 items, 20 Collections), 1 GB bandwidth, 50 form submissions
Basic$15$25Simple sites without a CMSCustom domain, 300 static pages, 10 GB bandwidth, unlimited forms, password protection; no CMS
Premium$25$39Content-rich sitesEverything in Basic plus the Webflow CMS (20,000 items, 40 Collections), 50 GB bandwidth (expandable to 2.5 TB), code components, site search, form file upload
Team$2,500Annual contract requiredGrowing teamsEverything in Premium plus Localize (2 locales included), 5 full and 5 limited seats, publishing workflows, priority support, 500 static pages, up to 30 TB bandwidth a year
EnterprisePrice on requestPrice on requestLarge organisationsCustom roles, granular permissions, advanced governance, enhanced SLAs

Webflow pitches Basic at simple sites that don't need a CMS and Premium at content-rich sites with heavier CMS and traffic needs. Remember that the free Starter plan is not a publishing plan: it cannot take a custom domain and stops at two static pages.

Premium bandwidth add-on

Premium comes with 50 GB of bandwidth a month, and you can raise it in steps. According to the FAQ table on the pricing page, the first step is +50 GB for $20 a month billed yearly ($30 billed monthly); the top step is +2.450 TB for $974 a month billed yearly ($1,460 billed monthly). For most B2B sites 50 GB is plenty; on video-heavy or high-traffic sites this line belongs in the budget. Webflow notes that going over the limit two months in a row triggers an automatic plan upgrade.

Workspace plans

Workspace plans come in two families. For in-house teams:

PlanPer month, billed yearlyBilled monthlyHighlights
StarterFreeFree1 full seat, 2 staging sites, 200 AI credits
Core$19$2810 staging sites, custom code, code export, Shared Libraries, 300 AI credits
Growth$49$60Unlimited staging sites, site-specific access and roles, publishing permissions, 400 AI credits

For freelancers and agencies:

PlanPer month, billed yearlyBilled monthlyHighlights
StarterFreeFree2 staging sites, 1 free client seat per paid site
Freelancer$16$2410 staging sites, guest access in client Workspaces, client payments, 300 AI credits
Agency$35$42Unlimited staging sites, 3 free client seats per site, site-level roles, 400 AI credits

Code export is only on paid Workspace plans, and Webflow states it does not include CMS items.

Seats and AI credits

Every Workspace includes one full seat for its owner. Anyone else is billed separately:

  • Full seat (design sites or manage admin settings): $39 a month billed yearly, $45 billed monthly.
  • Limited seat (edit content or build pages with components): $15 a month billed yearly, $19 billed monthly.
  • Free seat (review and comment): $0.
  • Extra AI credits: 2,000 credits a month for $20 billed yearly, $25 billed monthly.

The most common way to overshoot the team budget is giving everyone who edits content a Full seat. A Limited seat is enough for someone who writes blog posts.

Site add-ons

Add-onStarting price, per month billed yearlyBilled monthlyScales with
Localize Essential$9 (1 locale)$12Locales added (up to 3), 10,000 translated words per locale per month
Localize Advanced$29 (1 locale)$35Locales added (up to 10), 50,000 words per locale, localized URLs
Analyze$9 (2,000 sessions/month)$12Sessions; $229 at 500,000 sessions a month
Optimize$299 (25,000 page views/month)$379Page views; $1,199 at 500,000 a month

For a company running a site in two languages, Localize is the add-on that matters: a second language means one added locale on top of the primary one. Localize Essential covers localized SEO titles and CMS and static page localization; customising URLs per locale and automatic visitor routing are in Advanced.

Which plan for which site?

  • A one-page campaign or a small brochure site with no blog: Basic.
  • A B2B site with a blog, case studies, a resource library or a glossary: Premium. Basic has no CMS, so these sites do not fit on it.
  • Two or more languages: Premium plus Localize Essential; Advanced if you want localized URLs.
  • A team that needs publishing approvals, several designers and enterprise security: Team or Enterprise.

For the CMS limits in detail, see our Webflow CMS guide.

Total cost scenarios

The figures below simply add up Webflow's October 2026 prices. They leave out tax, domains, third-party apps and design or build work.

ScenarioLine items (per month, billed yearly)Monthly totalYearly total
A. Brochure site, no blog, one adminBasic 15 + Starter Workspace 0$15$180
B. B2B site with blog, one language, one content editorPremium 25 + Limited seat 15$40$480
C. B2B site with blog, two languages, one editor, basic analyticsPremium 25 + Localize Essential 9 + Analyze 9 + Limited seat 15$58$696
C'. Same setup, billed monthlyPremium 39 + Localize 12 + Analyze 12 + Limited seat 19$82$984
D. Enterprise teamTeam$2,500$30,000

The gap between C and C' shows why billing period matters: $288 a year for the same setup. Then again, Webflow says that if you cancel you still pay for the rest of the term, so choose yearly billing once you are sure about the site.

If an agency builds and runs the site, the client usually pays for the site plan while the agency works from its own Freelancer or Agency Workspace and gives the client a free client seat. In that case the Limited seat in scenario B may drop out.

Costs people forget

  • Tax: Webflow adds applicable taxes at checkout. Confirm the rate for your business with your accountant.
  • Currency: prices are in USD; if you budget in another currency, exchange rates will move the figure.
  • Domain: not included in any Webflow plan; you connect a domain you own.
  • Work: design, CMS setup, content migration and SEO setup sit outside the platform price. For the wider picture, see our guide to website costs.

Bottom line

The right Webflow budget comes from deciding the site type first (is there a CMS, how many languages), then the team (who designs, who edits), and only then adding up the layers. As of October 2026, a typical two-language B2B site costs around $58 a month on the platform side, billed yearly. If you want help working out the right plan setup, see our Webflow agency page, or our Webflow development and CMS service for the build itself.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Webflow cost per month?

As of October 2026, site plans are: Starter free, Basic $15 a month billed yearly ($25 billed monthly), Premium $25 a month billed yearly ($39 billed monthly). Prices are in USD, per site, before tax. Workspace plans, extra seats and add-ons are billed separately.

What is the difference between a Site plan and a Workspace plan?

A Site plan pays for publishing and hosting one site and for its site features (CMS, page count, bandwidth). A Workspace plan pays for the place your team works: staging sites, collaboration tools, code export and shared libraries. Every account starts with a free Workspace plan.

Which Webflow plan do I need for a blog?

A blog needs the CMS. As of October 2026 the Basic plan has no CMS, and the limited CMS on the free Starter plan (50 items) is not a publishing option, because Starter cannot use a custom domain. For a site with a blog, Premium is the lowest plan that works.

How much do I save by paying yearly?

Webflow's pricing page says yearly billing saves up to 40%. Basic is $15 a month billed yearly versus $25 billed monthly; Premium is $25 versus $39. If you cancel, you still pay for the rest of the term.

What does a two-language site cost?

Extra languages come with the Localize add-on. As of October 2026, Localize Essential costs $9 a month per added locale, billed yearly. Together with a Premium site plan that is $34 a month, before seats, other add-ons and tax.

Are taxes included in Webflow's prices?

No. Webflow lists every price in USD and adds applicable taxes at checkout. The rate depends on where your business is based, so check it with your accountant before you budget.
