In short

What is CRM migration? The answer in one paragraph.

Roicool's CRM migration service covers an inventory of current data and processes, a field-by-field mapping table, cleanup of duplicate and faulty records, a test import, a final import against a freeze date, validation by record counts and sample records, and rebuilding automations.

SESTEK: how we connected Webflow forms to Dynamics 365

We connected SESTEK's Webflow forms not straight to the CRM but to a Webflow Cloud app on the site's domain; only this server layer talks to Microsoft Dynamics 365, and the browser never does. The forms are React code components managed from the Designer, on a bilingual CMS whose folder and item slugs are largely translated.

Guide. What to know about CRM migration.

· Senior Software Engineer & Tech Lead · Updated 21 October 2026 · 1 min read

A good fit: companies switching CRMs or moving from spreadsheets to a CRM.

Not a good fit: small teams importing only a few hundred records in one go, with no relationships or history to carry over; the CRM's own import tools are enough for them.

Frequently asked questions

  1. How long does a CRM migration take?

It depends on the number of records, objects and integrations. Simple migrations can be done in a few weeks; migrations with many custom fields, automations and integrations take longer.

  2. Will we lose data in the migration?

We prevent data loss with a mapping table, a test import, and record-count and sample-record checks. A full backup of the old system is taken before the migration.

  3. Are automations migrated too?

Automations, reports and integrations don't move with the data; they are rebuilt in the new system. That is a chance to simplify old rules.

  4. Which CRMs do you migrate between?

From Excel and spreadsheets to a CRM, and between HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Bitrix24, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Pipedrive.

  5. Can the sales team keep working during the migration?

Yes. We set a freeze date and run the final import in a short window, so the team moves to the new system with minimal disruption.
