This text explains the scope of the approval you give when you tick the separate, unticked "commercial messages" box on a form on roicool.com. Giving it is optional; if you do not, we answer your request in exactly the same way. The Turkish text prevails.
1. The sender

We send no commercial electronic message without registration in the Message Management System (İYS) and the recipient's approval.
2. Scope of the approval
By ticking the box you approve, under Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages, Roicool sending you commercial electronic messages about:
- announcements and offers about our digital marketing, advertising, SEO, GEO, web and software services;
- guides, e-books, newsletters, research and blog content;
- webinar, event and training invitations;
- news about our own products, such as Ossvy.
The approval applies only to the channels named next to the box: e-mail on our forms, e-mail and SMS on the partner application form. Giving us your phone number is not, on its own, approval for calls or SMS.
Your approval does not cover the service messages we send to answer your request (for example your proposal, the e-book link or the report confirmation e-mail); these are not commercial messages and need no approval.
3. The Message Management System (İYS)
We record your approval in the Message Management System (İYS) within the period the law sets. You can see and manage your approvals and refusals at iys.org.tr or in the İYS mobile app.
4. Withdrawing approval
You can withdraw your approval at any time, without giving a reason and free of charge:
- through the "unsubscribe" link at the foot of every e-mail;
- through the opt-out route given in each SMS;
- through İYS;
- by writing to info@roicool.com.
Your request is processed within 3 business days at the latest, and no commercial messages are sent to you after that.
5. Personal data
For this purpose we process your name, e-mail, phone number (for SMS) and the date, channel and source (which form) of your approval, and pass them to İYS. Details are in our KVKK Privacy Notice; how long approval records are kept is in our Data Retention and Destruction Policy.
6. Merchants and tradespeople
Although the law does not require prior approval for commercial messages sent to merchants and tradespeople, Roicool sends them only with approval too, and your right to refuse always stands.
