This notice is for visitors in the United States. It adds to our Privacy Policy and KVKK Privacy Notice, which describe how Milore Tekstil Gıda ve Toptan Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("Roicool"), a company based in Türkiye, processes personal data through roicool.com.
1. Do US state privacy laws apply to us?
The California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA") and the comprehensive privacy laws of other US states apply to businesses that pass certain thresholds, such as annual revenue, the number of state residents whose data they handle, or revenue from selling data. Based on our size and the small number of US visitors we have, we do not currently meet those thresholds. We still describe our practices below and answer the questions those laws ask.
2. We do not sell or share your personal information
- We do not sell personal information for money or other valuable consideration.
- We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising unless you switch on the Marketing group in our cookie banner. Marketing cookies are off by default, so nothing is shared unless you choose it. You can switch it off again at any time through "Cookie settings" at the foot of every page.
- We do not knowingly collect or sell the personal information of anyone under 16.
- We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you.
3. What we collect and why
- Identifiers and contact details (name, e-mail, phone, company) that you give us in a form, to answer your request, send what you asked for and follow up with you.
- Internet activity (pages viewed, clicks, device and browser data) only if you allow analytics or marketing cookies, to measure and improve the Site and our ads.
- Security data (IP address, briefly and in hashed form in abuse logs), to protect our forms.

4. Your choices and requests
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and opt out of marketing e-mails at any time. Write to info@roicool.com; we will answer within 45 days and will not treat you differently for asking. You may use an authorised agent; we may ask you to confirm your identity.
5. Changes
