Milore Tekstil Gıda ve Toptan Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("Roicool") asks for your explicit consent on roicool.com (the "Site") only for the processing below. Giving consent is optional; if you do not, you can use the Site, the forms and the free tools in exactly the same way. We recommend reading our KVKK Privacy Notice before you consent. The Turkish text prevails.

1. Analytics cookies

If you allow the Analytics group in your cookie choices, you consent to data on how you use the Site (the pages you visit, interactions such as clicks and scrolling, device and browser details, the Google Analytics client and session IDs) being processed with Google Analytics 4 to measure and improve the Site.

2. Marketing cookies and ad measurement

If you allow the Marketing group in your cookie choices, you consent to:

  • ad click IDs (Google, Meta and, if enabled, Microsoft and LinkedIn) and the Meta cookies (_fbp, _fbc) being stored in your browser;
  • when you submit a form, a SHA-256 hash of your e-mail address and phone number being passed through a server-side Google Tag Manager (t.roicool.com) to Google Ads and Meta as a conversion, and matched with the user data those platforms hold;
  • measuring and personalising who our ads are shown to.

Your raw e-mail, phone or name is never passed to these platforms. Hashed values are still personal data and are processed under this text.

3. Transfers abroad

For the processing above, your data may be processed by Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, whose servers are outside Türkiye (including the United States and European Union countries). The Personal Data Protection Board has made no adequacy decision for these countries. The possible risks are: your data may be subject to laws that do not protect it to the level of Turkish law; public authorities in those countries may access it; and using your rights outside Türkiye may be harder. If you allow it after being told of these risks, you consent to your data being transferred abroad for these purposes. The list of transfers: International Data Transfers.

4. Commercial electronic messages

The separate, unticked box on our forms is your approval to receive commercial electronic messages by e-mail (and, on the partner form, by SMS). Its scope is in our Commercial Electronic Message Consent.

You give consent by switching the group on in the cookie window or ticking the box on a form; no group or box is pre-selected. You can withdraw consent at any time, without giving a reason and free of charge: for cookies through "Cookie settings" at the foot of every page; for commercial messages through the link in each message, through the Message Management System (İYS) or by writing to info@roicool.com. Withdrawal applies from then on; when you withdraw, the related cookies are deleted from your browser.
