These terms apply to the free analysis tools (the "Tools") that Milore Tekstil Gıda ve Toptan Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("Roicool") offers on roicool.com. By using a Tool you accept these terms and our Terms of Use. The Turkish text prevails.
1. The Tools
- AI-readiness check: scores, against technical criteria, how well AI assistants and search engines can read the web address you enter.
- AI-visibility check: runs on the tool of our own product Ossvy, on ossvy.com. What you enter there and your use of that tool are covered by Ossvy's own terms and privacy text.
These terms also apply to tools added later. If a tool needs access to an account (for example an ad account), we give its additional terms separately on that tool's page.
The Tools are free; no account or payment is needed. Roicool may change, pause or end a Tool without notice.
2. How a Tool works
The AI-readiness check reads only the public page at the address you enter and its /robots.txt and /llms.txt files, with a user agent named "RoicoolBot", in one short series of requests. Addresses that are password-protected, need a login or sit on a private network are not analysed. The check itself stores nothing; the result for the same address may be cached briefly.
Please enter only sites that are public and that you may lawfully analyse.
3. Fair use and security
To prevent abuse, every request is verified with Cloudflare Turnstile and reasonable-use limits apply per person, per address and in total per day. Trying to get around these limits or the security measures, running the Tools in bulk with automated software, loading a site through a Tool or using the Tools to harm others is not allowed. We may block access in these cases.
4. Getting the report by e-mail
If you ask for the report by e-mail, we send a single-use confirmation link, valid for 24 hours, to your address; the report is sent after you click it (double opt-in). This way nobody can send a report to someone else's address. Your e-mail address, your name (if given) and the check's score and band are then processed under our KVKK Privacy Notice to send the report and to contact you at your request. Commercial messages are optional and asked for with a separate, unticked box (Commercial Electronic Message Consent).
5. What the results are
Results are estimates produced by automated checks on the state at that moment; they are not an audit report, a legal opinion or a promise of any search or AI result. AI assistants and search engines change their rules often; the same address may score differently at different times. Decisions you make on the basis of the results are your responsibility.
You may use your own report freely if you name the source. The Tools' software, scoring method and texts belong to Roicool.
6. Liability
The Tools are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage arising from a Tool being unavailable or from errors or gaps in the results. This limitation does not cover liability for intent or gross negligence, or the statutory rights of consumers.
7. Changes
We update these terms when needed; the current text applies from the moment it is published on this page. All our legal texts are on Legal.
