Prices and features change often. The figures above come from each vendor's own pages as of October 2026 and exclude tax. Zoho shows prices in a currency based on the visitor's region; we saw EUR. Bitrix24's "Vibe+" plans are priced separately (for example Basic Vibe+ at USD 59 a month on annual billing, a launch price valid until 10 December 2026). Confirm current pricing with the vendor before you decide.

How the two products think

Zoho CRM and Bitrix24 often sit on the same shortlist, but they solve different problems.

Zoho CRM is a sales CRM. Leads, contacts, accounts and deals, workflow rules, sales process steps, forecasting and reporting sit at the centre. Marketing, support, accounting or analytics come from Zoho's other apps or from integrations. That gives teams who want to model their sales process in detail plenty of room.

Bitrix24 is a workspace. CRM sits alongside tasks, projects, chat, video calls, calendars, files, a website builder and communication channels. While sales talks to the customer, the internal team runs tasks and projects on the same screen. If the company wants one system instead of several tools, that unity is a strong argument.

The choice is harder because each product reaches into the other's territory: Zoho CRM has tasks and communication too, and Bitrix24 has sales automation. The deciding question is this: are you mainly after a better sales process, or a workspace that brings the whole team together?

Pricing model: per user or per company?

The clearest difference is how they charge.

Zoho CRM is priced per user. As of October 2026, the pricing page shows Standard at EUR 14 per user per month on annual billing, Professional at EUR 23, Enterprise at EUR 40 and Ultimate at EUR 52; on monthly billing these are EUR 20, 35, 50 and 65. There is also a free edition for up to three users. For small sales teams the model is predictable and affordable; every new user adds cost.

Bitrix24 is priced per company. On annual billing, Basic covers 5 users for USD 49 a month, Standard 50 users for USD 99 and Professional 100 users for USD 199; on monthly billing these are USD 69, 144 and 289. Enterprise starts at USD 399 a month on annual billing for 250 users. Within the plan's user limit the price stays the same as headcount grows.

A simple example: if all 40 people in a company need to be in the system, Bitrix24 Standard's flat price and Zoho CRM's cost for 40 users differ markedly. If only 6 sales reps will use the CRM and everyone else stays on other tools, Zoho CRM's per-user model may make more sense. Always compare the plans that contain the features you will need, and look at total cost over at least two years: licences, setup, data migration, integrations and training. Our guide to choosing a CRM sets out the framework.

Sales process and customisation

Zoho CRM's strength is the sales process itself. From Professional upwards you get CPQ, email intelligence and the Google Ads integration; from Enterprise upwards an AI sales assistant, territory management, custom functions, wizards and customer portals. Teams use these to enforce steps in deal stages, build approvals and apply different rules to different teams.

In Bitrix24, sales pipelines, recurring deals, quotes and invoices, web forms and e-signature are in the Standard plan; sales automation, call tracking, email marketing and reports are in Professional. Automation rules can create tasks, messages and notifications tied to deal stages. When the sales process is fairly standard, this is enough; when it needs fine-grained customisation, Zoho CRM's tools leave more room.

Channels and WhatsApp

In Türkiye, first contact often comes through WhatsApp for many B2B and service businesses. Bitrix24 lists WhatsApp and telephony integration in its base plans, and WhatsApp marketing in Standard. In Zoho CRM, messaging channels are connected through integrations and marketplace apps.

We set up this link to measure which ad or page brought a WhatsApp message: source attribution. It does not mean monitoring people or reading their messages. Consent wording, retention periods and access rights should follow KVKK.

Türkiye, language and data location

Language. Zoho's help page lists Turkish as a fully supported language in Zoho CRM. Bitrix24 has a Turkish site (bitrix24.com.tr), and its partner directory lists partners serving clients from Istanbul.

Data location. Zoho assigns the data centre from the country chosen at sign-up, which is pre-filled from your IP address. Zoho's list includes Amsterdam and Dublin for Europe, plus the US, Canada, India, Singapore, Australia, Japan, Saudi Arabia and the UAE; no data centre in Türkiye is listed. Bitrix24's GDPR page says accounts on the Bitrix24.com.tr domain are hosted in the European Union, in Frankfurt. Bitrix24's on-premise edition, installed on your own servers, lets you keep the data entirely on your own infrastructure; in return, servers, updates and security become your responsibility.

KVKK. In cloud setups the data sits outside Türkiye. Since the 2024 amendment to Article 9 of KVKK, standard contracts are one of the safeguards for cross-border transfers, and a signed standard contract must be notified to the Authority within five business days. Decide the right route with your legal counsel. If a sector rule requires data to stay in Türkiye, Bitrix24's on-premise edition is one of the options to assess.

Setup and migration

In Zoho CRM, setup is about modelling the sales process: deal stages, enforced steps, assignment rules and reports. In Bitrix24, the first decision is which modules to use; when CRM, tasks, projects and channels are all switched on at once, the team needs a clear starting layout, or the number of tools gets in the way of adoption.

Contacts, companies, deals and activities can be migrated into either platform. Cleaning duplicates and unused fields before the move, rebuilding automations simply in the new system and watching usage in the first weeks decide the outcome, whichever platform you choose.

Which one, when?

Choose Zoho CRM if the CRM will mostly be used by the sales team, your sales process needs enforced steps, approvals and territory rules, or you already use (or plan to use) other Zoho apps such as support, campaigns or analytics.

Choose Bitrix24 if most of the company will work in the same system, you want CRM together with tasks, projects and internal communication, a flat company price suits your budget better, or you need to keep the data on your own servers.

If you are unsure, list who will use the system every day and for what. Once the user count and real needs are clear, it becomes obvious which pricing model works in your favour. If HubSpot is on the list too, see our HubSpot vs Zoho comparison.

Frequently asked questions

What is the main difference between Zoho CRM and Bitrix24?

Zoho CRM is a per-user CRM focused on the sales process that extends through Zoho's other apps. Bitrix24 combines CRM with tasks, projects, communication and website tools in one workspace and is sold at a flat price per company.

Which is cheaper for a large team?

As headcount grows, Bitrix24's flat company price can work out cheaper; in Zoho CRM the cost rises with every user. Still, compare the plans that contain the features you will actually need, and look at total cost over at least two years.

Are both available in Turkish?

Yes. Zoho's help page lists Turkish as a fully supported language in Zoho CRM. Bitrix24 has a Turkish site (bitrix24.com.tr) and a Turkish interface, and lists partners in Türkiye.

Can we keep our data on our own servers?

Bitrix24 has an on-premise edition you install on your own servers. Zoho CRM runs in the cloud only, and Zoho assigns the data centre from the country chosen at sign-up. When data location matters, this difference can decide the choice.

Can we connect WhatsApp messages to the CRM?

Both can. Bitrix24 lists WhatsApp integration in its plans; in Zoho CRM it is set up through integrations and marketplace apps. We set this up to measure which ads and pages bring WhatsApp messages, never to monitor people or read their messages. Consent and retention rules should follow KVKK.

  • Lead generation

Apollo.io vs Clay: which for B2B data and outbound?

Apollo suits sales teams that want to pull lists from a ready database, send sequences from the same tool and keep a predictable per-user cost. Clay suits teams that combine several data providers, research accounts with AI and build custom workflows into the CRM, and have the GTM engineering capacity to run them.

  • Lead generation

Apollo vs Lemlist: which one for outbound?

Apollo suits sales teams that want a large B2B database, enrichment and sequences in one tool to build their target list. Lemlist suits teams whose list is largely ready and who focus on personalised, multichannel sequences. In both, deliverability depends on your sending infrastructure.

  • Data and measurement

GA4 vs Mixpanel: marketing or product analytics?

GA4 fits marketing and acquisition analysis: traffic sources, campaign performance and the Google Ads integration. Mixpanel fits product analytics: what users do inside the product, cohorts and retention. Many SaaS companies use both side by side, with the same event names and user IDs in each tool.

  • GEO agency

GEO vs SEO vs AEO: the differences and when to use each

SEO gets a page ranking in search results; AEO structures the page so it answers a specific question directly; GEO aims to have the brand and the page chosen as a source in AI answers, off-site sources included. They are not alternatives: SEO is the foundation, and AEO and GEO build on it. Our GEO agency service runs all three.

  • Performance marketing

Google Ads vs Meta Ads: which channel, and when?

Google Ads fits when people already search for what you offer and you want to capture that demand. Meta Ads fits offers where demand does not exist yet, that can be shown visually and need to reach a broad audience. Most brands run both, and decide with qualified-lead and sales data from the CRM.

  • Performance marketing

Google Ads vs Microsoft Advertising: which one fits which business?

For almost any business selling to customers in Türkiye, Google Ads is the main search channel. Microsoft Advertising makes sense as a second channel for B2B companies that already run well-measured Google campaigns, sell into markets such as the US or UK, and want extra search volume for little extra work by importing those campaigns.

  • CRM consulting

HubSpot vs Salesforce: which CRM fits which team?

HubSpot suits small and mid-sized B2B teams that want marketing and sales on one platform, live within weeks and without a dedicated admin. Salesforce suits companies whose process needs many custom objects, complex permissions and approvals, regional teams and deep links to enterprise systems, and who can fund the people to run it.

  • CRM consulting

HubSpot vs Zoho CRM: which one for B2B?

HubSpot suits B2B teams that want marketing automation, sales and service on one platform and put ease of use first. Zoho CRM suits companies that want to keep costs under control, customise extensively or use Zoho's wide family of apps. Decide on two-year total cost.

  • Data and measurement

Looker Studio vs Power BI: which reporting tool fits which team?

Looker Studio (called Data Studio again since April 2026) suits teams whose data lives in Google Ads, GA4, Search Console and BigQuery and who want marketing reports live quickly without licence fees. Power BI suits Windows-based companies whose data sits in Excel, SQL Server or Dynamics and who need a strong data model and DAX calculations.

  • Lead generation

Make vs n8n vs Zapier: which automation tool?

Zapier suits non-technical teams that want to start fast and use the widest set of ready-made app connections. Make suits teams building visually complex, multi-step flows. n8n suits teams that want technical flexibility, code steps and the option to self-host. Plan error handling for critical flows in any of them.

  • CRM consulting

Pipedrive vs HubSpot: which CRM for your sales team?

Pipedrive suits teams that want to run the pipeline in a simple interface, start fast and keep a predictable cost for the sales team alone. HubSpot suits B2B teams where marketing automation, content, forms and sales need to share the same data, and who want one platform from lead source to closed deal.

  • SEO

Semrush vs Ahrefs: choosing an SEO tool

Semrush suits marketing teams that want advertising, content and local marketing tools in the same package as SEO. Ahrefs suits SEO teams focused on link analysis and organic research. Both tools work with estimated data; the real data for your own site is in Search Console.
